Hi, my name is Rylee Pickworth. This is my first year in
e-com program. I’ve been in the video rotation
and graphic design portion. We have
learned how to use finial cut pro to edit and make videos. We have also learned
how to use adobe illustrator and photo shop to create a logo for our
selves. One of my greatest strengths
would be my communication. I’m very good at working with different people in
groups and helping others. I hope to one day pursue a job in the medical field.
I can use my technology skills I learn in here to electronically keep track of
patients and their records. I can also use my collaboration skills to talk to other
doctors and figure out the best treatment plan for a patient. I’m also a very driven person so when things
get hard I don’t give up, I fight harder.

I Made my logo by looking up free download badge illustrator. I found a bag that i liked, and thought described me. I later changed the colors to a lighter shade of red to show that I'm a very loving person, and a light grey to show I'm a very easy going person. I then changed my font to a light but fun font to show that I'm a very fun person.

Color helps grabs the viewers attention. If you go to the grocery store and look at shampoo bottles you will see many diffrent designs. Some will have lots of bright color, to attract young children. Just like you might see dark, clean colors on high end products. Color helps you sell your product, and grab the viewers attention.

Graphic design is used in everyday life. Most people just dot realize how much it is used from the packaging on all your food, to the billboards on the side of the road. Graphic design uses words and images to create a message. It makes you really think about something, and then take charge. Most bussness use graphic design to persuade you to buy their product. With out graphic design we would never try something new.

They Loved your GPA, Then They saw your Tweets
In the article They Loved your GPA, Then They saw your Tweets it talked about how collage admission offices look at your social media accounts to help determine whether you application gets accepted. I was surprised when they said "30 percent of the admissions officers said they had discovered information online that ha d negatively affected an applicants prospects". I didn't realize how many colleges really look through all your social media accounts. I was confused on how the colloges got to see private accounts. Like do they hack your account, and if they do how is it legal? It really makes me really think about what I'm saying, and how it could impact my chance of getting into a college.

- To create a intense chasing scene that keeps the viewer intrested with out using very much audio
- Two people finding a treasure amp, and then racing to get it
- I would make it more interesting, and get ,ore close ups of the face
- I would still use the idea of them running in different hallways to help the viewer better understand it
- To make sure you get enough shots, and to get more close ups of the face
- i think it went pretty well, but it could have gone a little better , with the actors. It seemed like we were rushed with filming them fast so they could have time to film theres
